Vane pump failure:
　　(1) The vane pump relief valve cannot be closed. Because there is a foreign object (broken shrapnel, etc.) stuck between the spool and the valve seat of the relief valve, causing the oil to always circulate in the pump and cannot flow out, the valve core should be taken out during maintenance to remove the foreign matter in the valve seat;
　　(2) Due to the long-term high-speed operation of the blades and shrapnel in the pump, it will be worn and broken due to fatigue, resulting in increased internal leakage of the vane pump, and even loss of oil pumping effect in serious cases, and the debris and broken blades and shrapnel in the pump should be removed during maintenance, and reinstalled after replacing new products;
　　(3) The breakdown or reverse installation of the pump pad on the joint surface of the vane pump and the oil and gas separator can also cause the high-pressure cavity of the vane pump to communicate with the low-pressure cavity, causing the vane pump to lose the oil discharge function;
　　(4) The rotor of the vane pump is loose from the rotor shaft, causing the pump shaft to idle, and the rotor or vane pump needs to be replaced for maintenance.

The flow meter is stuck and the fuel dispenser cannot drain oil:
　　(1) Due to impurities entering the copper sleeve of the flowmeter and the piston, or because of the wear of its internal transmission mechanism (such as bakelite wheels, connecting rods, etc.), the four pistons cannot move, resulting in the oil engine can not drain oil, the flowmeter should be disassembled during maintenance, the debris in the copper sleeve should be removed, and the worn parts should be replaced;
　　(2) If the flow meter is stuck due to the quality of the oil, the customer should be reminded to pay attention to whether the quality of the purchased oil is qualified.
